We do not accept change-of-mind returns or returns because a customer selected the wrong item, color, or size.

Normal visible layer lines and slight surface texture are features of 3D printing and are not treated as defects. Actual printing defects are handled separately.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at Instagram: Sahaj_nirmiti so we can review the issue.

For eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we offer a replacement first. If replacement is not possible, we offer a refund.

These terms do not limit your applicable consumer rights.
